Staff was friendly helpful. Rooms and hotel was well designed with door and windows that were sound proof. This hotel is in the middle of Nusa Dua town and being sound proof is important and rare in Bali. There are partial views of the ocean in the room and full view of a mangrove. We booked this hotel because of the roof top pool but was very disappointed with the design. The pool is strangely designed, placed behind the restaurant and faced west so was in direct sun during the entire afternoon. There are only 4 deck chairs for a fairly large sized hotel. Even though there are umbrellas, they don't help with the sun. The staff never came to the pool to check for orders. The other seating in the roof top restaurant was not comfortable enough in which to lounge. The hardest part to accept was they installed these artificial air fresheners everywhere in the hotel which sprayed a very strong scent in the elevators and the hallways. Because the elevators were small, the smell built up quickly and we had to hold our breath when we were in the elevators or just took the stairs.
Definitely meets my expectations for a 4-star hotel. Staff are friendly and professional. My room was quite spacious and clean and has a huge bed and shower. My room didn't include breakfast but if you don't mind getting street food there is plenty of options outside of the hotel. There's a art and souvenir market nearby and the beach is only 5 minutes walk away. Be there by sunrise and you will get a spectacular view while you walk along the shore. Money changer, laundry and convenience stores are also within reach from the hotel. The cons are that the TV has limited channels and the streaming apps wouldn't load and my AC was leaking at one point but staff were quick to fix it and clean everything. For the rate I got it's definitely worth it despite some inconvenience.
2 years ago we were on Bali and booked this hotel. The room looked amazing as the bathroom did. The views from the top floor were spectacular, especially when there was a sunset with clear sky.
The breakfasts were not so bad, although they were almost the same every day. This is one of the best hotels I have visited. I'm definitely going to visit it once again.
Nice hotel, great location to the beach, 5 min walk. Rooms were clean and modern, huge bed! Food was ok, breakfast had a good choice but all the hot food in the silver dishes was barely warm every morning so steered clear of that.
Roost restaurant is a nice setting but food was disappointing, no flavours and small portion sizes.
Spacious rooms, love the beds and nice hot showers. Close to laundry which is just next door. Walking distance to massage and restaurants. Unfortunately the nearby warung look dirty, also will need the pathways to be maintained more. There is shuttle van going to Mall Bali Galleria which is handy.
