As Bali embraced the sacred Day of Silence, The Nest Hotel Nusa Dua commemorated Celebrate Nyepi in Serenity 2025 in a haven of tranquility and cultural richness. From March 28 to March 30, guests experienced a thoughtfully curated stay that offered peace, introspection, and an authentic taste of Balinese tradition.

Guests indulged in daily breakfast, dinners, and a special Nyepi Day lunch, all crafted to comfort and delight. Every meal was designed for two, creating moments of quiet connection and nourishment amidst the stillness of the island

In true Balinese spirit, our celebration was more than just stillness, it was a chance to engage, reflect, and experience: 

• Ogoh-Ogoh Parade – A stunning procession of giant mythical creatures on the eve of Nyepi, symbolizing the cleansing of negative energy.
• Rooftop Sunrise Yoga & Meditation – Begin the silent day in stillness and strength, high above the island’s gentle awakening.
• Canang Sari Workshop – Learn the sacred art of making daily offerings with our cultural hosts.
• Kids’ Drawing & Coloring Activity – A peaceful space for little ones to express their imagination during the silent day.
• Stargazing Night (March 29) – With no lights around, the sky became a canvas of stars, an awe-inspiring moment under the Balinese night.
• Silent Movie Night – End the day with a unique cinematic experience that honors the peace of Nyepi.
